Effective date: July 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using SwipeLure, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account or use the service.
2. Adults Only
SwipeLure is strictly limited to people who are at least 18 years old. You may not create an account for a minor and you may not misrepresent your age. Accounts believed to belong to anyone under 18 may be removed.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate information when registering, maintain only one personal account, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@swipelure.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
4. Dating Service
SwipeLure provides tools for discovering profiles, making mutual matches, and messaging other users. We do not guarantee compatibility, matches, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome. We do not guarantee the identity, background, conduct, or safety of any user.
5. User Profiles and Content
You retain ownership of the photos, biographies, messages, and other content you provide. You grant SwipeLure a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, process, and transmit your content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service. This license ends when your content or account is deleted, subject to limited retention described in these Terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in, post, or facilitate any of the following:
- Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or hate speech.
- Nudity, pornography, sexually exploitative content, prostitution, trafficking, or solicitation.
- Impersonation, deceptive profiles, catfishing, or identity fraud.
- Scams, spam, commercial solicitation, or financial manipulation.
- Content involving minors.
- Illegal activity, weapons threats, violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Uploading content you do not have permission to share.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, operating automated accounts, or otherwise disrupting the service.
7. Reports, Blocks, and Moderation
You can report, block, and unmatch other users. SwipeLure may investigate reports, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may act at our discretion to protect users and the service.
8. Meeting Other Users Safely
Use good judgment when interacting with other users. Meet in public places, tell a friend or family member where you are going, arrange your own transportation, protect your financial information, and contact emergency services when necessary. Your safety is ultimately your responsibility.
9. No Background Checks
SwipeLure does not promise that any user has undergone identity, criminal, or background screening unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for your own decisions about whom you interact with or meet.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or abuse of the service. We may do so with or without notice where appropriate.
11. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from:
Profile → Safety & Privacy → Danger Zone → Delete Account
Deletion removes your login, profile, photos, likes, matches, messages, blocks, and reports, subject to limited retention that may be required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. You can also review the account deletion instructions.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
13. Disclaimers
